Falcons Security provides trained male and female guards for bank branches, head offices, cash centres, ATMs and exchange and finance companies, on documented contracts with field supervision across the Kingdom. Falcons is part of Saeed Raddad Group (SRG).
Banks handle customers, cash and sensitive data every day, and their contracts with security companies are governed by the Private Civil Security Guard System and the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions on contracting with civil security companies. Banks therefore need a provider that understands these requirements and supplies guards who combine vigilance with good customer handling.
We work with the bank’s security department to define each guard’s duties: welcoming customers, managing entry, watching for suspicious activity, handling emergencies according to the bank’s plan and submitting daily reports. Guards are trained on these duties before deployment.
Our services do not include cash-in-transit; our role is static guarding, patrols and monitoring inside branches and banking sites.
